The Resource Center at James Mission is where all of our donations are received, sorted and then given back out to those in need.


We provide children's clothing and food to orphans, widows, foster and families in need.


We have sizes from newborn to 18 years old, boys & girls, summer & winter clothing, & shoes. We unfortunately do not provide adult clothing at this time.


All items are subject to availability. We rely 100% on donations and may not have the items you have requested in stock. We will however, make every effort possible to fulfill your needs.

I made an appointment, but I think I'm going to be late.  Should I go ahead and come?

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we will need you to reschedule your appointment.

I made an appointment; what should I expect when I arrive?

Upon arriving to the warehouse our warehouse volunteer will show you to the conference room. They will then bring in clothing bins in the size and gender you have requested. You will then be aloud to pick out 5 outfits (5 tops and 5 bottoms), 1 pair of pajamas, 1 pair of shoes, 1 coat or jacket (seasonal), 1 swimsuit (seasonal), one package of diapers and wipes. All items are subject to availability. All items will be counted by the warehouse volunteer on duty prior to leaving.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

Yes, you need to bring an ID (drivers license or state ID) and a proof of residence. You also need to bring a bag to carry your items you receive. We can no longer provide bags to every client.

I requested a larger item; will I receive it?

All items requested are subject to availability and are approved by the warehouse coordinator on duty. Because we rely 100% on donations we can not guarantee we will have any items requested. Because we are donation based, larger items like car seats, cribs, household items, are almost impossible to receive unless you are a current foster family with foster children.

How many times a year can I receive items from the warehouse?

You are allowed to receive items two times a year - spring/summer clothing & fall/winter clothing.

I have already received fall/winter items for my child, but they have out grown them; can I make another appointment?

Yes, you must bring in the original clothing and exchange them for a larger size. Same goes for shoes. If a child outgrows them within a season you can bring them in an exchange them for a new pair.
