Here at the James Mission our vision is to equip communities to serve and care for Orphans, Widows, Foster and Displaced Families by providing resources, connections and training for immediate and long-term relief.   • Community Room Only (maximum occupancy 93)
  • Monday – Thursday $225.00
  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday $350.00
  • 4 hours of time plus 1 and ½ hours set-up time (main doors open 25 minutes before event start time)
  • Free use of the Kitchen for storage only (no cooking/ preparation of food)

Package B . . .

  • Gymnasium Room Only (maximum occupancy 700)
  • Monday – Thursday $500.00
  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday $700.00
  • 4 hours of event time plus 1 and ½ hours set-up time (main doors open 25 minutes before even start time)
  • Free use of the kitchen for storage only (no cooking/ preparation of food)

Package C . . .

  • Full kitchen Use add-on
  • Monday – Thursday $150.00
  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday $250.00
  • Complete time of use including clean-up coincides with Lease agreement

Package D . . .

  • Sound/ Visual Equipment use add-on
  • Community Room $50.00
  • Gymnasium Room $150.00
  • Gym sound board/ lighting will be ran by a James Mission Representative only
  • All live bands/ DJ's will need to bring their own equipment
