I made an appointment but I think I am going to be late. Should I go ahead and come? . . .

If you are going to be more than 10 minuets late we will need you to reschedule your appointment.

I have made an appointment, what should I expect when I arrive? . . .

You will be greeted by our front desk assistant who will check your ID, and give you the necessary forms to fill out. The groceries will be pre-bagged. If you need assistance out to your car, please let one of our volunteers know.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment? . . .

Yes, you need to bring an ID (drivers license or state ID) and a proof of residence.

How many times can I come? . . .

You are allowed one visit for grocery assistance per 30 days.
